Accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform and/or completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

The Contract

All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understood the following Terms and Conditions.

By making a booking with our Company, you agree on behalf of yourself and all those named in the booking, including minors and disabled persons, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The booking requires a deposit of 30%. The remaining balance must be paid in cash (euros) or by credit card directly to the skipper.

A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher) that must be presented to the skipper responsible for the service and entitles the user to avail of the service. Amaze Charter also reserves the right to propose, via email, alternative solutions or any modifications.

Upon receiving the tour confirmation, the customer verifies the content and reports any discrepancies via email to info@amazecharter.com within 48 hours.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Customer in relation to the subject matter herein and constitute a binding agreement. In any case, the customer will be entitled to the rights under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).

Cancellation Policy

No penalty for cancellations up to 7 days before the service. In case of cancellation after 7 days before the service, Amaze Charter reserves the right not to refund the 30% deposit of the service amount.

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions

If weather conditions do not allow for the safety and comfort of passengers on board and therefore the service cannot be carried out, any amount paid will be refunded. We will do our best to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate, if possible according to availability. In case the client cannot move the date of the service we will proceed with a full refund of the deposit paid.Our priority is always the safety of our guests and crew!
